As I walk into the apartment I don’t see you on the floor – and step right on to your tiny body! I must have squished you so badly that you are sticking to the deep tread of my boots and you’re sticking to the boot sole even as I start walking around! After a while you eventually fall off – but only until I step on you again! Then I notice you and simple scrape you off my boot sole with the other boot – but shortly after I step on you again and you’re stuck again as I finish my work and leave the apartment again – maybe next time you’ll fall off when I’m already on the street!
