This was filmed on the 17th Feb 2011 we had a very warm day to say its winter so decided to make some clips outside, Kay tramples all over Mark on the concrete floor wearing white stilettos, she walks back & fourth over him & tramples all over him, they were then interrupted by a farmer & then continued the trample after he left..lol.
